Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Class 8 week program Included in the class cost is a workbook , recorded meditations, and recorded mindful movement for home practice. Upon completion of the 8 week course participants are provided access to additional mindfulness & mindful self-compassion meditations. Previous participants are invited to attend the Spring, Fall and Winter day long retreats free of charge.
