The Center for Mindfulness is dedicated to bringing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Eating, and Mindfulness-Based Parenting to society, as well as providing teacher training certification for the full 8 week MBSR program.
